Project Overview

The ambition of this Programme Grant is to put the UK at the forefront of international work in the field of carbon capture and utilisation by converting CO2 to fuels. The project will provide a model example and a ‘tool box’ of relevant unit operations, catalysts, materials and sustainability assessment techniques. This is the first attempt of its kind in the UK and is different from previous as the focus is on carbon utilisation rather than storage.
